July after Blakely

Back from Blakely, into the new house

Bring out the sparklers!

here's a quick tour...

Reggie found his nook

why not?

All this moving was hard on Mr. Luke

but not on Ruth!

Sunday afternoon ride to meet friends at City Park (with Peter)

Sloan doing a handstand!!
Early morning cross fit has opened a new world of possibilities

bubbles with friends at Central Park

Afterward to Colfax to get the Volvo's A/C looked at (bad news - it was going to cost $1800... all roads starting to lead to the mini van)

date with the kids to Chipotle

and the Town Square fountain.  Seussical the Musical was setting up in the amphitheater... Luke getting his groove on

Sloan took the kids camping at Cherry Creek

and home for wrestling

chicken Luke

fancy Luke

checking out the Frozen book he won through Summer Reading

my date at the Summer Movie - it was a little scary

and me experimenting with sprouted cinnamon rolls (turned out amazing!)

bday party at the Carlsons

bday party at Robinsons

first cleaning with dad

Reggie giggled the whole time

brave dentist

love seeing Sloan in his office - he's calm & collected (and so darn handsome!)

The 3rd week of July, I signed Ruth & Reggie up for an all-sports camp. They rotated between tennis, football, baseball and soccer.  Reggie cried & cried the first morning I dropped him off.

But by the end of the morning he was hooked.  Hi favorite was football "because my daddy teached me how to do it".  Here's one of his coaches.
(and a grouchy photo bomber)

Meanwhile, Luke got to run errands with me to furniture stores & Home Depot.
He would've rather been at sports camp.

work starting on the music room - taking the columns out to put French Doors in

where's luke?? he loves sneaking into his sister's closet!

 and dumping the bubbles

City Park event called "Inside the Orchestra" gave the kids a chance to listen to the instruments of the orchestra played all around them. I loved this!

Luke and Bianca

Luke got a little carried away (but can't blame him with such glorious music all around!)

More trips to the Depot - mwah ha ha

Last up - Reggie in sharing time was asked to draw a picture of something that helps him feel the spirit.  He drew a picture of his friend Henry & him. I love the green hearts
